Almond, honey and mango breakfast smoothie

If you frequently miss breakfast, why not try our quick and nutritious breakfast smoothie with healthy Manuka honey? It tastes fantastic and will set you up for the day.

Ingredients

½ cup low-fat natural yoghurt

1tbsp Manuka honey

400ml skim milk

2tbsp almond meal

I mango

Instructions

  1. Place low-fat natural yoghurt, almond meal, skim milk, Manuka honey and a few ice-cubes in a blender. Peel and chop mango and add to blender.
  2. Blend mixture until smooth and creamy and divide between two glasses.

Serves 2
