Appointment Information

When you book an appointment with Jetty Road Dental Clinic, we allow plenty of time for our dentists to conduct a thorough dental exam and discuss their findings afterwards.

We appreciate that time is precious and make every effort to see patients at their scheduled appointment time.

Your First Appointment

If it is your first appointment with us, it can be helpful to arrive a few minutes early. There are some forms to complete, although you can also download these from our website.

What to Do If You are Late or Cannot Make Your Appointment?

We ask that if you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.  If you need to cancel a visit, we do ask for as much notice as possible, preferably more than twenty-four hours, so that we can re-allocate your appointment to another patient.

We Allow Plenty of Time for Appointments

Your appointment should never feel rushed, as we want you to feel able to ask any questions or discuss a diagnosis in greater detail if necessary. We aim always to make sure you have all the information you need to maintain good oral health until your next visit. If you require treatment, we want to be sure you understand all options fully. We will never rush you into deciding on a treatment before you feel ready.
