Ingredients
½ cup low-fat natural yoghurt
1tbsp Manuka honey
400ml skim milk
2tbsp almond meal
I mango
Instructions
- Place low-fat natural yoghurt, almond meal, skim milk, Manuka honey and a few ice-cubes in a blender. Peel and chop mango and add to blender.
- Blend mixture until smooth and creamy and divide between two glasses.
